These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at honestsport.store, operated by Honest Sport, Holbergsgade 31, 1 (C/O Malte Damkjær), 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. CVR: 45277127. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders
All orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.
Prices
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are added at checkout and vary by destination.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We do not store payment details.
Production & DeliveryAll products are made to order and printed in France by our production partner TPOP. Production typically takes 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Denmark & EU: 3-7 business days
- Rest of world: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
Customs & Import DutiesFor deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
DisclaimerWe reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
Return Policy
Your Right to Return
Please note: Because all our products are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been produced unless they are faulty or incorrect. This is in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, which allows an exemption for goods made to the consumer’s specifications.
Faulty or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us confirming the return or issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Who We Share It With
To fulfil your order we share necessary data with our production partner TPOP (tpop.com), based in France, and with shipping carriers. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your order data for 5 years in accordance with Danish bookkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
